Think of TOG as a rating of warmth. TOG stands for ‘Thermal Overall Grade’ and is a simple measurement to tell you how thick and warm your baby's sleepwear is. Just like you use ‘Fill Power’ or GSM to gauge the warmth of the comforter on your bed, TOG is the equivalent measure of warmth for the clothes and wearable blankets your baby will wear for sleep.

TOG’s come in different ‘ratings’. The rating is typically a number (0.2 to 3.5), and that number indicates the warmth factor of the fabric.

▪️A higher TOG rating means thicker, more insulated fabric - ideal for cool rooms
